Do you have a CPU Stress Testing program like Prime95, AIDA or Occult? Make sure you know what your Sata Controller is set to right now (IDE, AHCI or Raid) and what your boot order is, set your bios to optimized defaults, go back and make sure your sata mode is set to what it is right now, set your boot order to what it is right now, save and exit.
Open up CPUz and run something stressful for the CPU. You should see your CPU frequency go to 4100.
All I told you to do in my last post, was basically set your motherboard settings to what they were when it came out of the box. The sata mode and the boot order have to be set what they are right now for you to boot. So, if you do that, everything should be set to stock settings.
Yes, just run that for a few minutes just to see your CPU frequency. But, watch your CPU temps close.
Ok, I'm not sure what that is unless it is the motherboard temp. But, it was at 90 in your screenshot. That's not good whatever it is. But, sometimes it is just a sensor problem too.
I guess you'll have to wait for one of the AMD guys to come on.
