I would stick to PWM for PWM fans, they can spin quite slowly with the Pulse Width Modulate signal pulsing to them.

This card is not described as a WiFi board, but has an M2 E key WiFi socket, dies this mean I can get a WiFi card for it ? Will it need antennaes
