How can I get better perfromance out of this older mobo?

I have this ASRock 880GM-LE FX board and at present use it for streaming videos, (not live cam).

It is fine mostly but occasionally drops frames or just freezes.

Would like to know if I can get better performance out of it for that purpose?

    The specs are here
    ASRock > 880GM-LE FX

    I have latest Win10x64 v2004 and

NVidia GF 8400 GS with 2 monitors.

CPU is 3.30 GHz AMD FX 6100 Six Core
    288 kb primary mem cache
    6144 kb secondary mem cache
    8192 kb tertiery mem cache
64 bit ready MultiCore (3 total)
    Hyper threaded (6 total)

    RAM 2 x 4gb slots - 8GB- 4 usable

    Thanks

The first thing that jumped out at me is the graphics card you have in your computer.
The NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS is a very old and very weak performing one.
You should upgrade to a newer and better performing one that your computer's hardware can handle.

Honestly... it's past time to upgrade. Might want to keep this comp for browsing the web, email, etc.
I don't know if Australia has income tax returns... but that may be the time to take the plunge.

Something like this maybe... System Builder - Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core, GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER 8 GB DUAL EVO OC V2, Shinobi Window ATX Mid Tower - PCPartPicker

Thank you Ghot and guys. Yes I would like to get the latest whiz banger however in this time of Covid need to keep a few pennies in the pocket.
I bit the bullet and bought for a good price with warranty, a refurbished Dell Precision T3600 Tower PC Xeon E5-1620 3.6GHz 16GB 1TB Quadro NVS 315 win10.
Hopefully this will serve me well.
Thanks again guys, appreciate your advice.
