Nice run. 20k should be not too much trouble with block on I would think.

Yeah....maybe. We'll see. The Classy is a new world of overclocking for me. The standard maxwell was just a bios flash for some more voltage, and higher power limits...they practically overclocked themselves. This is a tad more complicated. lol
That said...I went ahead and ordered another one today. Hopefully I get one with a better ASIC. This one is only 73.6%. Meh... I decided to do this instead of stepping up to the 1080, and wait for the 1080ti later this year.
I have some questions....you willing to help a noob out?
1. How did you get that much voltage to go through your card on what appears to be water cooling?
2. I don't quite understand what I'm doing wrong here.....temps are outstanding (peaked at 35c), but....I can't get even 1 more mhz out of this no matter what I set the voltage at.
Ya sure, noob, lol. I think you have forgot more than I know. :)
I was under water, chip and gpu. But i had rad hooked up to a pipe from outside, bringing in -15' air temps to cool water. No way i could run that chip at 5.1 or get that much voltage to the card without it just falling on its face without the cold air. Not to mention I had the whole room chilled down as well.
Without the cold air I could apply practically nothing to the core and it would flake out. No issues with memory at room temps though. Could go to +1000 at room temp and pass firestrike.
Sounds like I need to get my chiller going.....
