What does it mean?

Code:

The Peer Name Resolution Protocol cloud did not start because the creation of the default identity failed with error code: 0x80630203.

Is it something to be concerned about, and a cure? Please!

It means that your Homegroup is messed up. Did you try searching online for the Hex error code before coming here?

I searched on the one I quoted. Is that not the only one then?

I don't recall doing anything with home groups of late, and haven't seen this error before.

Which one did you search? If you put in the Hex error code in google or any search engine, all of the links will be about this being a Homegroup issue.

Found three Peer Networking items in Services: Name resolution protocol; Network grouping; Network identity manager. Sorry, but I am not sure, which one I need to deal with, nor the best settings for all three.

Which all have to do with Homegroup. Again the issue is with Homegroup. If you are running any kind of third party security software or had an old homegroup set up before upgrading to Windows 10, you will have problems.

Ah! Could installation of ESET FW and AV suite less than month ago be source of problem? As to home group I don't have one yet, though my wife has a tablet, and there's an internet radio, both working without a group set-up.

Bingo. Also hardly anyone uses Homegroup for file sharing. Standard network shares are used, since it is easier to allow files to be shared across the network, even to streaming devices if you want to allow music and photos to be seen by say a HTPC or streaming device.
