    Looks like all that you have are single channel devices to connect to. Not going to get any better than what you have for those two connections, until you go in and make some adjustments if you have the ability to do so.

    Find the manuals on the Access Point/Gateway for instructions on how to change the Wireless Settings. It is something that you will have to know how to do on your own. Same as using inSSIDer to make sure that you are not in a congested channel area with other A/P's at around the same strength in those channel ranges.

    To get a faster speed from Wireless-n, you need two or more channels. A single channel will only give you a burst speed up to 150mbps. In your case you are only getting Wireless-g speeds for some reason. See Home - SmallNetBuilder for further information.
