I'm a glutton for punishment (insider build) nic(s) broken

Ugh. The thought of not being able to salvage this windows install had me nauseous. I've been trying to get past some issues with CU+wddm2.2 for awhile and thought that this newest build might address it.

    A) it didn't and B) I now cannot get online (as I type this from my phone).

I upgraded with intel pro tools installed and a team setup with 2 onboard nics.

The first inkling of an issue I noticed my vpn was busted. Tap9 would not install it had a exclamation wth error code (56).

I assumed it might be related to my team so I tried opening adapters in network & sharing to break the team for troubleshooting at least.

Trying to open that simply did nothing. It would not open.

I tried double clicking the nics in device manager. Same thing, would not open.

It's at this point I uninstalled them via right click and restarted.

Coming back into windows they now had exclamation points with code (56) "windows is still setting up the class configuration for this device"

I've done all the basic stuff and am out of ideas. Been to safe mode n back. Tried windows troubleshooter. Tried resetting cmos. Tried uninstalling intel network connections from programs.

Nothing is allowing my nics to function. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice - never again with insider builds. Ugh

That's one of the reasons I don't bother trying beta software or beta OS's

Yea I'm done. A lot of ppl supposedly run them without issues. Apparently not on a convoluted setup with multiple hdds in raid. Multiple nics using link aggregation. Multiple gpus and multiple monitors.

I don't know if it was the version or the upgrade.

I'd like to believe it was the fact I upgraded as opposed to fresh install. That being said I've been burned several times giving ms the benefit of the doubt so won't be doing it anymore.

Kid is gone today so I'm starting the week long process of returning my pc to form with a format and slow return of everything under the sun. Hell just re syncing my Dropbox takes like 12 hours.

Makes me wonder what to do when redstone3 launches this fall. Wait. Upgrade. Or go through the format process all over again.

Not a fan of the new windows "service" either they, or I, am really bad at upgrades
