Windows Security Signin prompt, unable to connect to main internet

Ever since the most recent Windows 10 update, I have been unable to connect to my apartment complex's secured internet connection (Reserve 802.1x). Whenever I attempt to connect, I get a Windows Security sign in prompt box that prevents me from connecting (I am not sure what information would even go in here to make the sign in box go away.. I tried my computer username/pw and that did not work, so I am not sure what else it would be).
The connection is there, and my roommates are able to connect. However, I am able to connect to the slower, unsecured internet connection (Reserve Wireless).

    Note:
I called Microsoft and spoke with the Windows support specialist. He said it would cost $99 for a one-time conversation with tech support, or $140 for a year-long subscription. I do not believe this is a technical issue, as connecting was not an issue prior to this forced update. I also do not have $99 or $140 to spend on something like this.

Welcome to the forum its normal for secure networks to require a username and password which you would get from the owner of the station once entered you can then get to the internet

    Thank you.

I do not believe this is simply information for logging on to the secured network, because the prompt box for logging in to a secured network only asks for the password and looks like this:

This is asking for information for Windows Security, which I had not seen until the recent update, do not know what it is for, and is keeping me from connecting to the primary, secured connection.

If it is a Radius Network with a Captive Portal or not, you will need the Passphrase and also have the connection set up to connect to it. If they have a company that manages it, call that help line. If there is a website or someone else in your building that has the information to log into the network, that would be your other options. The first screen shot looks like a Proxy or domain login.

Not much that we can do to help you with connecting to that network. All that we can do is through ideas out there guessing what it may or may not be.
