    I have W10 home and my download speed is 97 Mbit/s. My upload speed is also 97 Mbit/s. I haven't done any tweaking at all. If you have bad internet speed then it's probably what you pay your ISP. You get what you pay!
    Who told you I got bad internet speed? I said I want to maximize my speed.

    That does not help the OP in any way.

    Still waiting on you to fill out your system spec's. At this point we are going to take this that you are not going to be helpful, so you will have wait for help until you get all of the blanks filled in your System Spec's section.

    Start with filling up your system specs, provide details of your network hardware, tell us how you are connected(Ethernet or Wi-Fi) and also get in touch with your ISP to increase the speed for your line.

    Still need your ISP, paid speed and a copy of a speed test showing the speeds that you are getting, how you are connected to the Gateway (Wifi or Ethernet), along with a ping to both Google.com & yahoo.com.

    Fill out Internet speed as it shows in my profile and in the Other info, network equipment. Keep in mind that if you are using a SSD, you need to put that into the Hard Drive field. This is a time when you want to put as much information as you can into your profile, so that you do not have to always repeat when people ask for clarity when you may have an issue.

    My ISP is time warner cable. I ran a test and the results were: 59.07 Mbps download, and 6.05 Mbps upload. I'm connected through ethernet.

    Ping test to google:
    ping stats for 2607:f8b0:4006:80f::2004:
    packets: sent = 4, received = 4, lost = 0 (0% loss)
    approximate round trip times in milisecs:
    min = 20ms, max = 28ms, average = 24ms

    Ping test to yahoo:

    ping stats for 2001:4998:58:c02::a9:
    packets: sent = 4, received = 4, lost = 0 (0% loss)
    approximate round trip times in milisecs:
    min = 31ms, max = 36ms, average = 32ms

    Side note: all info have been updated to my system specs profile.

    Need IPv4 speeds, not IPv6 speeds, which are always going to be lower. There is nothing wrong with your ping times. Just ned the speedtest.net info.
