Uknown program using DNS_C protocol is constantly using my data up

You guys this is really annoying but I have something that is using my data up. I tried to close everything I can but this computer just constantly is talking to something. I have no idea of what is causing this. I have this program called cFosSpeed and its a internet traffic shaping software. Well it shows all open connections on your computer.

They are not errors. It is just showing you the DNS Connections that a sub or many sub processes of svchost.exe is making. This has nothing to do with Windows 10. It has been around for a very long time. Running that third party software most likely has a lot to do with it.

If you have DNS Cache service running, svchost calls for DNS request using UDP on port 53.

You can disable the service, but you have to setup DNS manually or you will not be able to connect.
