How fix NO WIFI issue in Windows 10

    Hello,

I upgraded to Windows 10 a few weeks ago from Windows 7 and it worked fine, until I was doing an Apple iCloud, iTunes update. After than my wifi and ethernet are no longer working. The devices are supposedly working fine, but the troubleshooter says they have a driver issue.

So many people seem to be having this problem, but though I've tried switching off ipv6 that doesn't work. I've uninstalled iTunes, but that's not helped. There's no option to roll back the update or the drivers. Not sure quite how I can resurrect my PC that's been Tenned.

    Any help much appreciated,

Do you have System Restore turned on? Unfortunately Windows 10 has it turned off by default. I don't have an answer to your real problem.

I would dump Zone Alarm, because it has never been a great product since day one. Use MalwareBytes for AV if you are always using public networks or downloading from sketchy sites. Windows Firewall will work better than anything else out there. As for web browsing to protect yourself, use Fire Fox or Chrome and the Ad Block add-on, along with Web of Trust. You can try out some of the other add-ons that protect from scripts not authorized to run, but they tend to cause issues with some people not well versed on them.
