Network & sharing display abbreviated in Win10

I'm setting up a new Win10 machine, and I'm unable to change the location of my network from Private to Home. In order to do this I have to use the Network & Sharing Center, which looks like file nsc7.jpg (attached) in Win7; but the display I get in Win10 looks like file nsc10.jpg (also attached), which is missing the critical parts of the display.

How can I get Win10 to show the whole Network & Sharing Center? Thanks...

Hello deadstick, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)

I'm not sure what may be causing your graphics issue, but here are some other options in the tutorial below to change the network location.

In Windows 10, "Private" is "Home".

Thanks...the overarching problem is that this machine is joined into a homegroup, with the homegroup password set, and it can login to the other machines in the homegroup -- but they can't login to it (although they can see it).
