    Launch Command Prompt (admin)
    Enter the following command
    netsh int ipv4 install

    If that doesn't help,
-> run the network trouble shooter in Control Panel.

    If that doesn't help,
download the wireless driver from the MFG site (on another machine)
ethernet should be fine with MS base drivers

uninstall all network adapters Device manager
    Select uninstall software if offered
    Restart

if needed - install the wireless driver you downloaded on the other machine

last suggestion if all else failed to help
follow this tutorial to restore the image health using the source parameter

DISM - Repair Windows 10 Image
    6. To Use DISM /RestoreHealth /Source:wim Command
    - OR -
    7. To Use DISM /RestoreHealth /Source:esd Command

    ..... finally run
SFC /scannow in an elevated Command prompt (Admin)

    restart

Why on earth would you "buy" Windows 10, when you've already upgraded your qualifying operating system? Simply download the W10 ISO and do a clean install. It will activate automatically.

Okay, you've upgraded your W8 system to W10. The W8 key is stored in the BIOS of your system. The W10 install saw that and activated accordingly when you upgraded. Once you have W10 installed on a system, and activated, it can be reinstalled as many times as you want/need. The Digital Entitlement for your system is stored on the MS servers now. You don't have to enter a product key any more. Go ahead - download the ISO from MS TechBench and do a clean install. It shouldn't ask for a key at all. If it does, just skip that step and don't put anything in. You'll be fine.

You must download the same version of Windows that you currently have on the machine (Home or Pro).
