How can I go back to WIndows 7 or 8? But id like 7 the most. (I came from 7, went to 8 then to 8.1 and now 10.)
You will notice in my reply that I stated to use showkey to retrieve the Windows 8 product key, NOT the Windows 7 product key. She said she went from Windows 7 to 8 then to 8.1. In order to do that she would have had to use a Windows 8 product key. Following that, if she did an in place upgrade to Windows 10, the Windows 8 product key would be retained on the system for roll-back purposes and showkey will retrieve it. Showkey would show the product key upgraded from as "Original key":

I most likely miss read what Lisa wrote.

    Quote :
The Key shown with Showkey is not the one I wrote down once. Did it change through the upgrade?
On the Website I also entered my Win7 Key. It says its not valid. Can licences run out?
    end quote.

I assumed that she meant Win 7 key in both cases.

*** adding................. My post #8 is more a reply to Superfly who wrote :
BTW: How is the key you get different? Post a screenshot (mask keys by clicking them)

I think it's more likely that Lisa misread what I wrote

I know that downloads of Windows 7 install discs are difficult to find and if she doesn't haven't a disc, she might be stuck re-installing Windows 8 because those ISOs are much easier to get from Microsoft. I meant to use showkey to retrieve the Windows 8 product key that she upgraded to Windows 10.

    Agreed.
However, if Lisa installed Win 10 only "a couple of weeks ago" as she said, then "Go back to Win 8.1" is a distinct possibility.
Hence my reply on post # 6.
