Connecting to VPN File Shares and Printer Shares not Acceptable

We have a 3rd party APP that requires a VPN connection to the software vendors Azure VPN with Windows built-in VPN. Once connected I can still ping the domain and domain controllers by name but I'm unable to update the GPO or access printers or file shares. I have checked the DNS settings and IP routes when connected to the VPN and all is correct.

Wewlcome to the forum. There are all sorts of vpn apps etc but a lot change the network setting to an ip range compatable with the vpn which means you no longer have a local ip in the correct subnet range to access the LAN. What is your ip normally and when on vpn?

The Ip ranges are the same when connected to the VPN I can still ping the the domain and DCS.

    LAN address 10.20.0.0/24
    <Routes>12.0.0.0/20</Routes>
    <VpnClientAddressPool>17.0.0.0/24</VpnClientAddressPool>

    The VPN adds theses routes
    Routes

ADD 12.0.0.0 MASK 255.255.240.0 default METRIC default IF default

ADD 17.0.0.0 MASK 255.255.255.0 default METRIC default IF default
