No network after Windows 10 build 10586 update

I updated my Windows 10 pro to 10586 build (not insider) using windows update.

And now my network connection is gone. LAN cable is connected router is fine other PCs connect just fine i even tried changing LAN cables and ports on router. I see exclamation mark in task bar on network connection icon and it says no internet connection, local network is inaccessible too. there is no problems in device manager, it says network adapters working fine, automatic repair wizard can not find any problems.
I have two network adapters one Ethernet gigabit adapter and one for hyper-v switch, can there be problem with hyper-v.

is there any solutions i can try?

there is no 3rd party antivirus or firewall installed.

    Did you reinstall the drivers?

Pretty much same problem here. Surface Pro 3 with Win10 Pro with Hyper-V enabled. I also had Citrix NetScaler Gateway Plugin installed (VPN software) so not sure if that is related. Right after upgrade, ipconfig/all showed all my interfaces as media disconnected. I have since removed Hyper-V, removed the VPN software and deleted all the network connections. Network adapters in Device Manager (Surface Ethernet Adapter via dock, and Marvell AVASTAR Wireless-AC Network Controller) look fine. Normally I would expect the Network Connections to automatically re-create when I uninstall/scan the network devices but it's not working.

    Still digging...

I dint had any VPN software installed, almost no 3rd party software expect classic shell. Used mostly as headless network hyper-v server and storage server. now i cant use network if you find anything please report here.

Update lan wan drivers first then, Reset router and change your log in credentials and password since this is a good time to do it.

There are five ideas here. None of them helped me but maybe it will work for you: [Fix] Network Connections Folder is Empty in Windows, Not Showing Network Adapters List - AskVG

Ah, okay - I misread your original post.

I've solved my problem with: netcfg -d

    Code:
    C:\WINDOWS\system32>netcfg -d
    SetupDiCallClassInstaller Erorr: 0x6
    SetupDiCallClassInstaller Erorr: 0x6
    SetupDiCallClassInstaller Erorr: 0x6
Unable to stop the vmms service: 0x27b2f8e0NetSetup object deleted successfully on MUX
Successfully commited changes to the registry
Successfully commited changes to the registry
We are going to reboot now to complete the clean up. Save all of your work.
It mentions vmms service which is related to Hyper-V, but I don't know if that error above is a cause or a symptom.

Don't know if this would solve your issue - only run it if you are willing to re-configure your networking from scratch and I also don't know what it will do to your Hyper-V switch.

In your case, I'd suggest seeing if you can ping your PC from another one on your network.

This thread seems to describe your issue - there is a solution link at the end: Solved System indicates no internet connection on restart but am connected - Windows 10 Forums

    Good luck.

Not sure how many things you've tried (disable firewall, delete adapter/uninstall NIC, look at ipconfig/all, look at route print) but all else failing I'd run netcfg -d if there are no apparent problems.
