    Cannot Connect To Wi-Fi

Hello i have tried connecting to my school's apartment however it always goes to no connections are available and then airplane mode and shows connections are available. the Wi-Fi connects just fine in all other areas of the school byt not in my apartment. The apartment is located inside the school and there are a couple of access points. I can connect to my friends Wii-U just fine but not my laptop? And when I troubleshoot, it says "Problem with router or access point.

Sounds like you need to contact your universities network administrator and request that your MAC address to allowed to connect to the dormitory access points. (or ask if there are such restrictions on the network)
