Driver support for PCI Network Adapter
I recently bought a TP LINK TF-3200 card because my Lan port got fried :P. But, it id getting detected but is not working as I am not able to find new drivers for it. Need help urgently please.

You recently bought it? Isn't this a quite old card? TP Link last drivers for this card were about 5 years ago.
Network cards are not very expensive. Get yourself something newer if the last drivers don't work.
Tried the Windows 7 driver for it?

Also there are some PCI network cards that will work with Windows 10. Have a look at Amazon, etc.
Try both the in-built Windows 10 drivers, if they exist, as well as the ones from the manufacturer's site. Uninstall each before trying the other. Make sure there are no issues with other drivers anywhere on your system as well and that they are all up to date.
Does the device show up at all in the Device Manager?
What antivirus and firewall programs are you using? Try disabling one or both and see if you then get network access. If so, then you can reinstall the program that was the problem.
