So there is no light at all in the telephone line icon below it which means the landline telephone also doesn't work.
When you unplug the Router you have to wait for ~3 minutes before you plug in again!
When you unplug the router, you have to wait that long? I thought it was 1 minute or so.
When I reset the modem, it resetted pretty quickly. I read in the instructions online if you hold the reset button for 30 seconds or morek, then it would reset to factory settings which isn't what you want right? You just put a pin in the reset button for few seconds and once the lights reset, that is what you should do right?

Okay well I will have to. But doesn't it not showing any lights for the telephone line also mean something though?
I would obviously prefer if they tell me they can fix it on their end at their office without them having to send a technician.
What do you mean it's solid light? Yes I will have to speak to them on this but wanted to know if there was anything else I can do to possibly fix this first. Is it possible that the outlet that I'm connecting to is bad and to use another one?
No solid light means call the isp and there is nothing you can do. IF you done all the normal rigamarole like reset the router and its still solid then yo need to call them you could of called them by now and be online probably.
it can take time to propagate a new internet connection but if you call them they will advise you this or state that it could take x amount of days due to y. They might be able to reset it on their end which is common and then you will have internet pretty fast.
I am not sure exactly what they do because i have never worked at an isp but often you call in this scenario and you will have internet within the next few hours. Either way calling to see what the issue is on a service you are paying for is the right thing to do and it usually results in you being online not long after that.
I did reset the router but I should only hold that reset button for few seconds only right for it to reset? The other method seem to be hold the reset button for 30 seconds but you shouldn't do that right? I read if you do that, it goes to factory settings which isn't what you want right?
Yes I know I will have to speak to them on this but wanted to try few things if it might work which doesn't seem to be the case.

I can't do that because I don't speak the language. Would have to go to the office which is why I ask this.
All that is confusing.
Usually you get a manual with the equipment you buy.
Usually you can save/export the settings and re-import the settings. If not make a photo.
save/export settings
Unplug for 3 minutes
Reset
import settings

What I posted seems to be the manual online.
Unplug for 3 minutes and then plug it back in and then click on reset?
