ACER Laptop Won't Hold Up Network Connection

I have an ACER Aspire E1-571-6680 (Canadian model) laptop and I am having issues with network connectivity. The network will periodically drop out, both in the wireless and wired connections. It's not significant enough to cause problems with websites, because it eventually comes back after a couple of seconds, but it really plays hell if you are on a Zoom call or something. I found this out the hard way with a very important call.

It seems that the laptop is repeatedly losing its DNS information. I have tried the automatic DNS assignment option as well as entering our DNS address. If I enter the address, the laptop forgets it right after it loses connectivity and goes back to automatic. This would be fine, but it won't hold up that connection either.

It's a lovely laptop and it works great other than this one weird thing that I just can't seem to fix. I wonder if any of you good folks have any ideas?

I am running Windows 10 Pro 23H2, fully patched, with no aftermarket utilities or Windows bloat removal tricks. It's a virgin install right from the box.

I will try to get it to fail tomorrow and post back the results.

    Murphy's Law, of course...

It won't do it right now. I will keep testing. In the meantime, I will leave the thread open.
