    motherboard replacement and issues after

Hi, My Asus Prime 250B M-K motherboard died but I did buy two in anticipation of this happening.
After fitting the new board I have a couple of problems - I've connected everything back as it was and can boot to my desktop.
But I cannot use everything the LAN or internet. I'm told my Fritzbox router is blocking me.
This may be because the board was in use in another machine which was intentionally blocked (and not really used - just a standby)
Can anyone tell me if its IP number is now different - or be the same as before as all the same components (except CPU) are as they were ? Can I find these before/after numbers if needed? I can access the router from another machine but reluctant to play around and make things worse. Using Win 10 and updated just a few days ago.
    Many thanks any help.

It's been assigned an IP number so the computer can see the router so should be online..

Did you use MAC address blocking on the Fritzbox? Then you have to remove it for the Physical Address listed in your ipconfig, since it's now your primary PC.

Yes, it sees the router, but is blocked. This shows at boot time.
Looking at the information in the router I see it's IP4 address now is slightly different, to what it was.

Can I change it ? I presume the router assigned one when it was first booted up?
It's device name has not changed.

I believe I blocked in the routers Filter page. It was listed by device name. (Which now shows unrestricted).
Fritzbox ix very hard to get around/understand. It's model 7490.
