    can't print

New laptop. Upgraded to Windows 10.
Can't print to an HP 7520 which is on wifi.

This was the 1st attempt to print on this PC.
BUT, when I call up the PROPERTIES for the printer, I CAN PRINT diagnostics....I just can't print documents!

And, I've stopped and started the printer queue...and that didn't help.

Leave print queue up in a window, open notepad, type something and print, do you see a job appear and vanish from the queue for it?

Nope. But, now the printer is showing as offline and I can't get it online.
So, I removed all the HP printer objects that showed up under the list of printers.
Then, I scanned for NEW PRINTER and it was there. I ran the print wizard. Looked good, but when I tried to print a test page, nada.

Are you using the latest driver? If not, go here to get it from HP:
HP Software and Driver Downloads for HP Printers, Laptops, Desktops and More | HP® Customer Support

    Hope this helps.

I've got the same network printer at home and can confirm that Win10 does not correctly install the software and drivers for the printer to function correctly. As play2mefish says, you must download and install all the necessary files direct from HP.

Thanks, WhyMe...I've once again cleared everything on the laptop and turned everything on, on the printer, and IT WORKED
