Yes, easily done. All you have to do is set up each device to access the same OneDrive account.

EDIT : Alternatively, you can just access the OneDrive web site through any web browser on any device. Sometimes better this way as you can manually control access/uploads/downloads, rather than let OneDrive take over all your computers and mess around with the contents of your user account system folders (which are likely to be different on each device).

So what URL do I type into the browser of the other two computers to do it the second way?

No problem - I synch files across six PCs using the built in Windows 10 functionality. I only synch and keep local copies of my frequently used directories else use the web method mentioned above.

Yes, you can use the same Microsoft account for login on all PCs then the OneDrive folders will synch.
