Hi, regarding not knowing your password (which is still needed even if you use a PIN or biometrics) see
Reset Password of User Account in Windows 10

    - from the searchable Tutorials section. Do feel free to familiarise yourself with this.

Is your account local or a MS account?
    (Don't know? - there's a tutorial for that...)

Note: making your title much more specific rather than a general title like 'please assist' will help you to get the appropriate attention. Members may only glance at thread titles and choose not to open those that are too vague.

If the account is either Microsoft or Local does it have Administrative rights or is it a Standard account which doesn't have the same rights as the Admin, can't make as many changes?

Apologies for the vague post title, I don't post in forums ever really. The basics I am re reading now, I was hoping to find simple solution like a WIN+F KEY or shell command to enable the adapter. Thank you for replying !

Again, from the searchable Tutorials section I have found this for you:
Enable or Disable Network Adapters in Windows

Please post a screenshot of your Device Manager. Any yellow triangles?
No specs on your PC. (Click My Computers below my post for comparison).

You do need to solve your unknown password problem.
