    Trying to connect to Router

When trying to connect to my router, I get the following message that Discovery exe has use port number : 9999, please close it and try again.
I cannot find an open port with the number 9999.
I used the 64-bit CurrPorts and there wasn’t any port 9999 listed.
Can someone direct me in how to find this?

Desktop computer using Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
    Version 20H2 latest install 4/12/2021
    OS Build 19042.1237

Not clear how your trying to connect normally you enter the routers ip into a browser if you open a cmd prompt type Ipconfig /all the default gateway and dhcp server should be the same ip and it's that ip you enter in browser

Do you have Synology? Setup assistant uses that port. So says Google..

Please tell how do you connect to your router, as Samuria asked.. Do you put IP number in your browser?
