PC disconnecting from internet every ~5 minutes? [e1dexpress - ID27]

Hello. After I updated my computer to Windows 10 Pro 64-bit from Win8.1 this has started to happen. Every ~5 minutes my PC disconnects from internet for a second (long enough to have red cross appear on taskbar / cause freezing in games). Then it regains connection.

    Event viewer states the following:
General: Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I218-V - Network link is disconnected.
    Source: e1dexpress
    Event ID: 27
    Level: Warning
    User: N/A

    My computer specs:
    ASUS Z97-AR (with Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I218-V)
    Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)
ZyXEL P-661HNU-DI-FI router (using wired - computer has no WLAN)

I've tried installing newest drivers from Intel, older W10 drivers from ASUS and deleting the drivers. Nothing helped.

Kind of strange, You have uptodate drivers. Are you sure this is not an issue from your ISP side? mind inquiring them about it.

This issue doesn't happen on other computer inside my house. This started to happen on my PC right after I updated to Windows 10.

If you think its because of the recent update then try and uninstall that update by navigating to Control panel > Programs > Programs & Features > Installed Updates.
You will see the list of updates, Click on the most recent one and see if you can see Uninstall option. if yes, then uninstall it and see if this solves the issue..

This issue started to happen instantly after upgrading to Windows 10, so uninstalling recent updates didn't help
