Only 1 WiFi network

    All the screenshots that you are posting is showing that your router is 802.11n and broadcasting it's SSID on Channel 1 and 2.4Ghz. What router or routers are you using and trying to connect to?

    YES! I have installed the mediatek drivers and now it is detecting my 5G networks :)

    Good to see you have it sorted out. As an aside, this link

    MediaTek MT7610U - WikiDevi

    indicates that the chipset in your adapter supports the 2.4GHz frequency band in your adapter as the same chipset is used in dual band adapters. Most likely, they disconnected or did not add an internal antenna for the 2.4 GHz band to make it just a single band adapter. But since you were most likely right on top of your 2.4 GHz router, even without an antenna, your adapter was picking up your 2.4GHz router.
    That threw me off a bit wondering why a 2.4 GHz network was showing up.
