    Internet speed halved

Hello, i have installed windows 10 about a week ago when i saw that my internet speed is 41 mbps (connected with cable, i don't use wifi) although when i was using windows 7 i had 100 mbps.
To be honest i can't really tell the difference but i would like it to be up to full speed again. If anyone knows what is the problem or has the same problem please help.
    Thank You

I am having the same problem. Lots of pages I visit are timing out. But the sites themselves are up and running. Windows 10 has been a disaster for me. Seriously interrupted by ability to work.

I would go back and install the last drivers provided by either the manufacturer of the computer or the manufacturer of the LAN controller. Even if the drivers are for Windows 8, 7 or even Vista. An example of how to do that is here:

Obviously, you probably have a different LAN controller, but that's the basics of how to do it.

Not necessarily if the latest drivers are the Windows 10 drivers supplied by Microsoft. Drivers supplied by the manufacturer of the network controller or by the manufacturer of the computer will often times work better and have more features even though they are older.
