I would just check power saving mode on both plugs if they have it; may depend on what firmware they are on so you could check that too. There is a facility somewhere on Cockpit to check I recall.
If not sorted by then you will need to get a new plug but would just double check to make certain which plug is causing the problem.

Powersaving mode is off on both adapters. Since it just keeps disconnecting with my devolo 1200+ I’d say that the devolo 1200+ is the problem but the thing is I already once replaced it with another one and yeah the problem still persisted.

I have the main dlan duo connected to sky router via ethernet cable then it pairs ok with the 500 wireless,and both sit there with steady green lights, if it wasn't connecting to my router would the lights still be flashing?
I have read that some people have been having issues with sky Q hub maybe it doesn't like them connected to it and blocking them.
I think like you said for me to see it registering on the cockpit my main computer might need to be connected with a ethernet cable,i need to buy a long one to try.
I thought they was going to be easy almost plug and play.

dlan 1200+ Wifi ac - bricked or recoverable?
Hi Mike - I think i have a bricked dlan 1200 wifi unit, but my last hope before I recycle it is to reach out to you for any sage advise.
I believe it last worked up to the point of Devolo cockpit doing a firmware update - possibly a couple of months ago now. Since then it will not connect to my existing dlan network. No manner of button pressing will get it to connect. I have tried reseting it (using a pin to hold down the internal reset button for 10+ seconds. But without joy.
I have even resorted to try to TFTP a fresh copy of the firmware into it, but i am either doing this wrong or it is so bricked it will not even do that.
When i power it up the "home" symbol lights up steady red - then nothing else. If I boot whilst pressing the internal reset button, the symbol flashes twice then stays steady red. No TFTP file transfer is initiated.
So i am pretty sure it is destined for the recycling tip. But any final ideas to breathe life into it would be greatfully received!
