I use Norton Internet Security Online through CenturyLink. It is the new version. Do I need to send you a screenshot?

It's CenturyLink's branded version of Norton.

Alright, was it kind of strange, is it's not called Internet Security anymore, just Security. Although it looks the same, i had issues with installing mine on Windows 10 after the upgrade, told me version was not supported, but i downloaded the newest version number, not the year i mean, version number. Not sure of how your subscription works through ISP and Norton. Working in picture, just not activated, right ?

It only activates if I restart the computer. It won't activate if I click the activate button.

This was provided through your ISP, right ? Have you talked to them ? Did it stay activated, i assume not then ? Thinking Norton wanted you to try in Safe mode as might of thought something else running on system is interfering with that part.

Yes, it's provided through my ISP. It's a part of CenturyLink's CenturyLink Ease Program.
