No Internet Access - How to fix it

Hello, I am new here, I have to say that new version of Windows looks optimized more than ever, love the style and the functionality of it, but sadly I have some first problems, although I am still not sure if new update is causing them.

Yesterday I updated my Windows 7 desktop PC to win10, and my internet worked perfectly, both wired and wireless. But today, it just stopped and until now it is still like that, famous yellow triangle. Wifi works. Tried almost everything, changing from DHCP to static, disabling firewall, updating/reinstalling network drivers. I am not using any VPN as far as I know. My network adapter is nvidia nforce.

After switching to static address, I noticed that my adapter changed from unidentified to network, but still in the status window of my adapter i see that ipv4 and ipv6 have no internet access. As I said, other devices work perfectly via wifi.

There are many things I've messed during few hours of fixing it, so there are many things already forgotten, sorry about that, but I hope you will suggest me something and we'll sort it out in some way. Also sorry if there aren't more info, I will provide some pics tomorrow, since it's frickin' 3:30 AM here. Thank you very much.

There have been driver issues with upgrading from 7 & 8 to 10. I would flush the DHCP info from the Gateway/Router, and also update the network drivers on your computer. If you are running any third party Internet Security Software, reset it, so that it picks up the new information, instead of trying to carry stuff over from 7.

    1. I already checked my driver, it was up to date - the one called NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller.
    2. Not sure if I know the exact command for flushing the DHCP. It's in the cmd, right? I've flushed DNS, if it helps.
    3. I had only Avast on Windows 7, it seems that it's automatically uninstalled after the upgrade, there is no Avast anymore on my pc. Besides that and standard windows security, I assume there is none of them anymore on hard drive. How can I check that without manually searching?

Thanks for reply, hope someone of you will help me.

Surface pro 3 - no wifi from Marvel but from USB adapter

I've been reading this thread but no solution for me.

I have a Surface pro 3 and after upgrading to win10 on it i don't have access to wifi from the Marvell internal adapter - I can't see any wifi access point.

If I then try to put a USB adapter in the surface, there are no problem what so ever

I've tried all the hints given i this thread but no one works for me - any with this problem who has solved it ?

    /Henrik

When you open a cmd (command prompt), can you do an "nslookup google.com"?
As the next steps, I would try the following in the cmd:

    1. ipconfig /flushdns
    2. ipconfig /release
    3. ipconfig /renew

When connecting to your network, make sure it's a private network. I had some trouble with public networks. You also might try disabling IPv6.

I made the desired changes, and after running commands, this happened. It seems that adapter doesn't respond.

    C:\Users\gIN>nslookup google.com
    Server: UnKnown
    Address: 8.8.8.8

*** UnKnown can't find google.com: No response from server

    C:\Users\gIN>ipconfig /flushdns

    Windows IP Configuration

Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.

    C:\Users\gIN>ipconfig /release

    Windows IP Configuration

The operation failed as no adapter is in the state permissible for
    this operation.

    C:\Users\gIN>ipconfig /renew

    Windows IP Configuration

The operation failed as no adapter is in the state permissible for
    this operation.
