    Backup all folders Outlook 365

I'm familiar with the "Export to a PST file" process for backing up Outlook, but I have 6 email address in my Outlook and would like to perform just 1 export (backup) to include all accounts and subfolders.
Would someone point me in the right direction, because I can only select one account at a time.
    I'm running Windows 10 22H2 19045.3930

I don't think you can (but I am on Outlook 2010, so maybe things have changed). Best bet would be to export each account to its own file, then crate a new PST file and import each account PST, one by one. Laborious. You could also achieve the same by copying files/folders from each account into the new one, but that would be even more laborious.

I may well have misunderstood you so apologies in advance if I have.

I use Outlook 365 handling 3 POP/SMTP email accounts. Each account has it's own .pst file. These files are in "C:\Users\xxxx\Documents\Outlook Files". To back them up I just copy *.pst to a backup device.

    That will work effectively.

I'm wondering [thanks Microsoft for having 2 products with the same name!] whether the OP was referring to outlook.com email service rather than MS Office Outlook, in which case my suggestion is irrelevant.

The title say "Outlook 365", meaning part of the Microsoft Office 365 package
