What do I do now ? Also there's still some background thingy is going on in the task Manager which is eating up network date (Service Host: Local System), what could it be ? Please help guys! Can't Install Windows 10-screenshot-436-.png

A semi-random suggestion: have the Media Creation Tool download the .iso instead.

If you are running Windows 8.1, you can mount the .iso and run the upgrade from it without installing any additional software.

When you mount the ISO file in Windows 8.1, it will create it's own drive letter like a CDROM/DVD. You then run setup.exe from inside the drive letter that it creates. If you want to unmount the ISO file, you right click on the drive letter it creates and select "Eject".
