Very good, it is the preparation of the new EFI-Partition on Partition 1. Therefore a Fat32 Filesystem is needed.
Later when you boot from USB we can merge Partition 1+2 to the new EFI-Partition.
You also can copy the following commands to a Notepad.txt file and save as Boot.txt
diskpart
sel disk 0
sel par 2
delete partition override
sel par 1
extend
set id=c12a7328-f81f-11d2-ba4b-00a0c93ec93b
gpt attributes=0X8000000000000000
assign letter=S
exit
bcdboot C:\Windows /s S: /f UEFI
You also can print them
OK
It seems the layout of Disk 0 has changed
YES it is as expected! A Fat 32 partition is needed as partition 1
The rest from #42 is to be done from USB
If you want we can prepare the last partition RECOVERY right now. It has to be done also.
reagentc /disable
diskpart
sel disk 0
sel par 5
delete partition override
sel par 4
extend
shrink minimum=1025
create partition primary
format quick fs=ntfs label="Recovery"
set id=de94bba4-06d1-4d40-a16a-bfd50179d6ac
gpt attributes=0x8000000000000001
exit
When all this is done, the partition layout is 100% according MS advices
and the "Partition style" error will disappear.
If you want you can make a Macrium Backup only (!) from (C:)

I enter the commands, bu t at some point, it failed :
DISKPART> set id=de94bba4-06d1-4d40-a16a-bfd50179d6ac

and the result is now that
YES, it is added!
diskpart
sel disk 0
sel par 5
det par
exit
takes only 2 minutes I am waiting for the output
The computer was ready to upgrade.
Everything you did wasn't necessary.
You had a 100M EFI partition and now you have a second on with 500M. What for?
You had a 830 M Recovery partition. Good to have 1G but not necessary.
What you're going to do with the 500M EFI partition?
merge Partition 1+2 to the new EFI-Partition.
Otherwise you have a useless partition Do you really want to tell me what is better?
I am waiting !!
diskpart
sel disk 0
sel par 5
det par
exit
And why you need a 600M EFI partitions if MS does it with 100M?
I would have just deleted the first recovery partition. To be perfect you can use Minitool to move the EFI partition to the beginning of the drive, then move the MSR and finally move the left border of the C: partition
@sfleury, I can see that you now have Macrium Reflect. Did you created a drive 0 image backup?
In place od det par should it not be del par ?
Can I remove the added partition (with EASUS partition master) ?
