I asked if you have a drive image software like Macrium Reflect or Aomei Backuper so you can fix the layout.
reagentc /info
That command provides a nonsense output
The WIN 11 Upgrade delivers a new winre and creates a new partition
It means that your Recovery environment isn't on the Recovery partition.
Open a CMD window as administrator and type:
reagentc /enable

No I don't have Macrium Reflect or Aomei Backuper
Should I download one of them ? Which one is the best ?

The best is Macrium Reflect but there is no more free version. Maybe @Bree knows how to make Free Trials as old free versions.
Nonstop Nonsense! Do you want to troubleshoot the Recovery Environment or do you want to upgrade?
Your current layout allows you to do the UPGRADE!
Before the upgrade starts, the setup checks everything and if s.th. is wrong, it doesn't start!
I would like to upgrade
But before I need to answer some questions
1) How many free space do I need on my system disk ?
2) Why I am not able to do it from the Windows Update function ?
3) Do I have to buy a licence for Windows 11 Pro and is it free
It seems I could have some problems with my partitions on disk C: and I don't want to t ake risk when upgrading
I would of course take a copy of my Windows 10 before proceeding !
1. 30 gb
2. ?
3. No
The safest way to do the Partitioning is to start from a USB.
