I have a ryzen 5 3600 with 16 GB of RAM. It said that this PC doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements to run windows 11. Why?

Hello,
You could use the PC Health Check app by Microsoft below to get more details.

@lostsoul65, I would encourage you to check the PC Health Check app as Brink noted, but I have a few additional thoughts:
1) First, you might want to consider providing some additional details regarding your computer. You have listed "Windows 10" for your system specs and literally nothing else. If we had access to more detail, we might be able to assist further.
2) The Ryzen 5 3600 is a supported CPU by Windows 11, and 16 GB of RAM will also get the job done nicely. My guess is that the most likely cause for Windows complaining is that you don't have TPM support enabled. Be aware that even without a physical TPM chip, many systems provide a firmware TPM. You may want to check your BIOS to see if such an option is available. If so, enable it. Once again, if we had more system details, we might be able to look this up and tell you if your system does indeed support this capability.
In the meantime, run that PC Health Check utility. If the complaint is about TPM support, then definitely check your BIOS to see if there an option for a firmware TPM. Note that on AMD based system they call this firmware TPM support "fTPM" so that is most likely the terminology you will see in the BIOS.
I hope that this helps!
As an additional information:

Secure boot is not required to be enabled. It must simply be available.
