    Cannot download Win 10 ISO??

I want to make sure I have a brand new ISO in case I need it. I am going to depart with my current Windows 10 computer to a family member. I plan to use reset first. But if something goes amiss then I would need a total reinstall so I want to make a new DVD. However I am currently running Windows 10 22H2 all up to date. But when I go to get Media Creation Tool and the ISO, it just keeps telling me to "Upgrade". After being frustrated many times I finally hit the upgrade button and it says "thank you for upgrading" instantly, doesn't do a thing. How on earth can I get the ISO file?

Why do you want to make a DVD - DL (double layer)? It's more practical to build a USB boot able drive (8G min)
I suggest you build the USB Win 10 22h2 installation drive using MCT

    Tried Every Suggestion

Thanks everyone but it still is a no-go. No matter what I try including just download the iso or get the media creation tool, I always get this same answer and it is exactly what I already have...... 22H2 is what my Windows 10 machine has on it.

Then get the ISO from UUPDump...

Select language for Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2 (19045.3031) amd64 - UUP dump

    Generally it works like this...
For "Conversion Options" (4th pic) make sure you choose the ESD option only. That is all that will fit on a DVD.

    Cannot download Win 10 ISO??-000000-uup-dump.png

What you will download is a zip file containing the stuff in the pic below.
Extract it all to a New folder, then double click uup_download_windows.cmd

    Cannot download Win 10 ISO??-000000-uup-dump-combine-command.png

This will download and create the ISO image for you.
NOTE: During the process it will open a command or powershell window.
Wait until it TELL YOU it's finished.

It will "seem" like it finished, but wait until it "tells" you it's finished.

Why do want to download an ISO? You don't need it. All you need is the Media Creation Tool. Just insert a USB flash drive and let the Media Creation Tool create a bootable Windows 10 setup on it.

It sounds like you are downloading the Update Assistant. To get the Media Creation tool, go to
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...load/windows10 , scroll down to the section titled
"Create Windows 10 Installation Media" and click the "Download Now" button. When the download is finished, find the Media Creation tool executable in your downloads folder, double-click it and it will walk you through the process of downloading a Windows 10 ISO.
