My "Get Win 10" has the following

I have removed my Acronis True Home Image 2012 as was suggested in my "Get Win 10" presuming that was preventing my down load but with no avail!

    I have Win 7 Ultimate x64 at present.My "Get Win 10" has the following-win-10-upgrade.png

I am not sure if I'd done the correct thing because if I need to restore my computer from a backup image, I do not have Acronis on my computer!!

It might not have completely uninstalled, or you may need to force a recheck.

How do you perform a recheck?

    Thanks for welcoming!

Unfortunatelly I cannot see where you force the recheck in that post. This is how it looks:

If you haven't upgraded yet I'd suggest you install Macrium Reflect and image your system with that, don't forget to create and test your rescue media (USB or CD). I grew tired of Acronis some years ago due to it's fragility. Macrium is far better and freeware.

If you have to restore with Acronis, you would boot a Acronis rescue disc, not run it from a booted system.

Where the 3 horizontal lines are in that window. Sometimes called "hamburger" icon. That is where you should be able to check again
