    Question About System Image in Windows 10


    I'am planning on installing Windows 10, and I'am thinking of doing a clean install.
    So my question is if I create a system image of my current OS i.e. Win 8.1 will I be able to restore it on Windows 10?
    Because I do not want to install every software again.

    If you restore your system image of Windows 8.1, it will restore 8.1.

    For what you want, it would be best to upgrade to Windows 10 from 8.1 to keep your software. :)

    But I have some problems in my hdd and I want to format it.
    Is there any workaround? Third party softwares?
