Cant upgrade to windows 10 pro 10240

Every time i try to do the upgrade it checks to see if i have enough free space then it tells me it could not determine how much free space i have and the installation stops .I've searched for this error and i cant seem to find anything related to it , Any help would be appreciated !

Is it partitioned or all one partition? If all one, partition into two 1.5TB or a 2TB and a 1TB, see if that works.

Post a snapshot of a fullscreen Disk Management Window:

To open Disk Management, press Windows key+r, type diskmgmt.msc and press Enter or click GO. Make it full screen. Expand the fields as necessary so everything can be seen.

It would be tough to do for sure. You'd have to do it in stages.

I was just guessing as 3TB is a large drive and there have been cases of programs having trouble with free space over 2TB but you are nowhere near that.
