How should I double boot Win 8.1 & Win 10 when it comes out?

    only one license will be running on just one PC - the PC for which it was activated

    at present I am running 4 license's on one PC - all the licenses where activated on this PC - the version depends on what OS I boot into

Youtube - Double tap FF ??

Just like we do on mobile phones Youtube app, I would like to double tap (Or any finger gesture) to FF and Rewind a youtube video to a few seconds on my windows touch tablet. Are there any tricks to accomplish this ?
After downloading the Windows 10 Tech Preview I've made a bootable USB drive. Am I able to just double click the setup.exe when the pc is on and at my desktop? or do I have to restart & boot from the USB drive? Thank you in advance.
