Black screen - Not booting (After trying to reset)
Hi! I was trying to reset my computer the other day. During the reset it failed, showing the following error description: "There was a problem resetting your PC". Nothing more. It returned me to the troubleshooting menu, so that I could try again. It wouldn't work no matter what I selected. I decided to restart my computer, then there was nothing to boot to. After POST screen, there's only black. No cursor or nothing. I used a USB install drive to check on my drives - they're certainly not formatted.
I managed to create an install image on my laptop with the Media Creation Tool - the only problem is that my laptop is running regular Win 10, not Pro (which my desktop is using). When I try to install with the USB it asks for a product key - which I don't have. If I could've gotten a Pro version onto the USB, it probably wouldn't ask for a key, right?
The question here is: What can I do..? I don't feel like installing W10 on the desktop, because then I'd have to buy W10 again.
