I'm not understanding that, the link leads me to the same MediaCreationTool(1)..........(1) denotes that I downloaded it twice.
The link I posted does NOT take you to the Media Creation. The link I posted:
    Windows 10 ISO

takes you to the Microsoft website where you can select and download a Windows 10 ISO directly.

    This link:
    Windows 10

    is the Media Creation Tool.

Okay I am trying to do every thing you said. The win 10 download took man hours, (Win10_1607_English_x32) I have it mounted as well.
I have used diskpart on a flash drive and set it to active.
I can not copy file and folders over to my flash drive stick because the files and folders are 3.14 Gb.

That is what Rufus is for, to copy those files to a flash drive.

You can't make a Windows 10 USB installation flash drive on a 2 GB stick. It has to be 4 GB or larger, up to 32 GB.

When a user has already prepared a bootable USB flash drive with the simple steps of formatting a FAT32 partition on it and marking it as active, there is absolutely no need to mess it up with Rufus.

I apologize I had brain fog, I was thinking how I was going to get 300Gb on to a flash drive. The long downloads messed me up.I made the desk the way the Commander described however there is no usb in the boot manager. I have been trying to learn, this BIOS is new to me. "system doesn't have any USB boot option in Boot Manager Menu" . I know I was told I would have to change the security setting, but I am having trouble setting it correctly.
