Media Center is a casualty of the Win10 upgrade. Current status is that it will not carry over.

Windows 10 FAQ Tips - Microsoft
Will Windows Media Center be available in Windows 10?

Windows Media Center is not part of Windows 10 and won’t be available after upgrading to Windows 10. If you use Windows Media Center, we will alert you during upgrade that Windows Media Center is not available on Windows 10. We know that some users use Windows Media Center to play DVDs, and we are providing a free DVD playback app in Windows 10 for Windows Media Center users.

Yeah, the Get Windows 10 app actually states it will be uninstalled during the upgrade, if you currently have it installed. I have Media Center on this PC and that's what it says.

    Information requiring your attention.
Keep this in mind before you upgrade.
Windows Media Center will be uninstalled during the upgrade. It isn't available in Windows 10.

Once you install or re-install windows 10 - run this command to import the exported drivers into your new windows 10 OS
    Code:
    Dism /online /Add-Driver /Driver:D:\Drivers /Recurse
Worth saying that this doesn't work with the /online parameter (at least it didn't when I tried it). It seems you need to do it with Windows offline (eg. booting with a WinPE USB) with something like this:
    Code:
    dism /image:c: /add-driver /driver:d:\Drivers /recurse
Although drive letters will probably be different to this -they probably won't be C: and D:

Anybody can upgrade to the RTM from the preview. The question is, if you did a clean install instead of upgrading from a qualifying OS, will you be activated and good to go? The way I read it is, if you upgraded from windows 7 or 8.1, that fact is stored in the TP and you'll be good to go. If you clean installed the TP, you may have to prove ownership of a qualifying OS. That's just my read, it's open to interpretation, so make up your own mind, or wait for Microsoft to actually spell it out in black and white.

    They did

Bad news for insiders they will have to give up a key for the RTM. - Page 13 - Windows 10 Forums
