Can't reset PC?

    It sounds like when the resolution changes it looses it output. Do you have another monitor output you could try?

    Have you tried booting your Recovery Drive or the Install Media? You should be able to get into the repair options with either one of those.

    I had a corrupt recovery once on one of my pc's and even tho it is a nice feature to have and yes he can access it from outside Windows like he said. Simplist thing is just download the 10 iso and repair install. Most likely all is ok and nothing will be lost. IMO this is better than a reset and keep your files.
