Have Windows 10Version1607 Build 14942
I've downloaded "Windows10_InsiderPreview_Client_x64_en-us_14393.iso
I guess this is the latest downloadable iso Understand that when finished will have updates.
Does this look good to You?

14393 is the RTM version of the Anniversary Update and as far as I know is not an insider version of which the latest is 14955.1000.161020-1700 so you can install 14939 without being a part of the insider and yes you will get the updates once installed
Where did you download it from? It does NOT look good to me because it looks like you probably downloaded it from a non-Microsoft official source.
The two official Microsoft sources to obtain Windows 10 RTM version from are:
Windows 10
and
Windows 10 ISO
Build 14393 has not been a preview build since about June.
