Windows 10 Upgrade stuck at 99%

I've tried a few fixes I found online but nothing seems to be working. When I first tried I needed more disc space so I formatted my C Drive and reinstalled Windows 7 from a disc. I've left the Windows 10 Upgrader running all night (roughly 13 hours) and it's still stuck at 99%.

This is the 4th time I've tried and I don't really know what else I can do. Anyone managed to solve this?

Hi, took me two goes. Please check the News section for comments on this update, which also offers direct links to download the update- so you can retry without downloading.
Try after a clean boot and with minimal peripherals attached.

I assume you are referring to this one: KB3194798 build 14393.321

You may get more info thus:
Windows Update logs are now generated using ETW (Event Tracing for Windows).
Please run the Get-WindowsUpdateLog PowerShell command to convert ETW traces into a readable WindowsUpdate.log.
