Windows 7 to 10 missing notification

Hello, I want to reserve windows 10 but no notification as you can see in the picture I screen shot.

I have SP1 installed, I have no important updates but some optional. I have ultimate edition and genuine windows, (legit version), allowed notifications but no point since the files GWX(Get Windows 10) isn't in the folders. I tried everything but I don't know. Can anyone help in some way or if you have problems to? Please help and thank you.

I'm having the same issue on my Windows 7 x64 PC that is fully activated with a retail key. The update in question (KB3035583) installed as usual about a week ago, but the notification never showed up. I tried manually running the executables installed with the update, but the processes killed themselves almost immediately and essentially did nothing. I also tried uninstalling the update and reinstalling it, no dice. How do you get this bloody thing to actually show up?

Are you using a 3rd party Anti Virus? try turning it off a while. It could be blocking the "activation".

I turned Avast off last night, rebooted without it running all day today and still nothing. Any other ideas?

If your PC isn't compatible with Windows 10, then it won't display any notifications until July 29th. At that time, Microsoft will turn on notifications for everyone (not just those the scanner has already found compatible) to allow people to identify incompatible software and/or hardware.

I definitely meet the minimum requirements: i5 2500k, GTX760, 8GB of RAM, and a couple TB of storage across multiple drives. I have all my drivers and whatnot so there shouldn't be any issue detecting the hardware. I just downloaded and ran the Insider Preview installer thing and it says I'm good to go.

It's not just hardware and drivers, but software you may have installed that might be incompatible as well.

Still, I'm not saying that IS the problem, just one possible reason the notification isn't showing.

Hmm, is there any list or anything of what software is incompatible? As far as I know I don't have anything out of the ordinary installed.
