Changing the system Widows 32 bit to 64 bit

Is my computer to reinstall the windows 10, 32 to 64 bit.

It appears that computer can run the 64-bit version of Windows but to do so will require a clean install [I've done a few], which will wipe everything from the hard drive so be sure you have a separate copy of any data you don't want to lose, that exists nowhere else, onto an External USB drive first.

I'll make a copy on an external drive Verbatim 500GB and do a clean install of Win 10 64-bit. Thank you for the info. Regards Kazik.

You're welcome and good luck. The only issue to watch for is that you can get 64-bit drivers for the onboard devices if not built into Windows and for external devices such as the printer.
