"Could not find the recovery environment" on attempt to reset PC

    Hello!
I'm trying to reset my PC in hopes that it will fix some issues i'm having with games, however whenever I try to reset my PC it says "Could not find the recovery environment". It says to insert my windows installation or recovery media, but I got windows 10 from the free upgrade (I upgraded from windows 7) so I don't have anything to install it. I could really use any help that anyone could offer. Thanks!:)

After you download the iso use http://rufus.akeo.ie/ to create a bootable USB W10 iso, you'll need an 8G USB.

Or try using Option 1 to create the USB flash drive, you do not need Rufus to do this.

    OPTION ONE

Use Media Creation Tool to create Bootable Windows 10 USB for Legacy BIOS and UEFI

This option will use the Media Creation Tool from Microsoft to download an ISO file and create a bootable USB flash drive that is 32-bit, 64-bit, or both, and be used to install Windows 10 with or without UEFI.
